She will teach you how to make a chocolate wrap cake and a ruffle rose wedding cake or how to make high heeled fondant shoes! When it comes to cakes, Chef Faridah’s creativity knows no bounds!
And if you’ve always wanted to find out how to concoct your own exotic thirst quenchers then attending one of Luqman Hakim Othman’s classes is a must! This gentleman is a pro and will show you how to mix up all kinds of sensational hot and cold beverages. He studied in Singapore and Switzerland and has worked in renowned places such as the Hyatt Istana Nural Iman. You will find that Luqman’s unique beverage combinations are a refreshing addition with any meal.
And completing this team of culinary experts is a veteran in the industry, Chef Hazrol Omar, a Bruneian chef with over 15 years of experience. Chef Hazrol graduated from the Canberra Institute of Technology and has experience working in cafes, restaurants and fine dining services around the Australian capital. In addition to this, he has worked at The Rizqun International Hotel and The Empire Hotel and Country Club. We learnt a lot from his hot food demonstrations which showcased how to cook salmon in some simply enticing ways. For example, salmon steak with buttered asparagus and mashed potatoes; poached salmon with garden salad and pineapple salsa; and salmon cannelloni with a parsley cream sauce. These are just a few of the creative dishes that you can learn to master in Chef Omar’s classes.
